We like our Motor Sport but we also like our environment, so to indulge both we undertake Eco-friendly vehicle construction and use! The team build, maintain, modify, drive, data-log, communicate with, video, edit video, build and look after the website and generally further their technological education through taking part!
• We have three Greenpower F-24 racers, TSR-1, TSR-2, and TSR-4. These compete in the Greenpower 6 hour
Electric Car endurance races. TSR-1 has raced over 2,000 miles since 2002 and TSR-2 has raced 818 miles this year alone – on £2.30 worth of electricity!
• We also enter the annual Shell Economy Marathon and have:
• A ‘road legal' diesel power ed car – The “Strident Trident” and:
• TSR-3, a 3-wheeled petrol-powered economy car. Autocar School Champion 2006 - 1426.3 miles per gallon!
